black and navy

Madewell top, Mikkat Market skirt, Steve Madden boots

Breaking the navy/black rule because I'm such a rebel (lol not). I should probably do something with my hair  color but again rebelling...can you see the excuses I'm making here? I'm really just avoiding making decisions.
