Sometimes it is just too windy to get away with wearing a skirt. Sure, the weather is warm enough but the darn windy just gets in the way. Then you remember you have an easy going denim jacket to tie around your waist. Problem solved!! I love wearing these loafers from H&M because they make my legs look super long~
