how to sew a crop top

Thursday, May 14, 2015

And here we have a new DIY!! I've been meaning to sew this one up for awhile and finally got around to it. It is pretty quick to make and requires very little fabric. This makes the top a great candidate for turning your older clothes into new ones! You could even lay the pattern on an old shirt that already has buttons, or you could make it out of an old skirt or dress that you don't wear anymore. If you have and questions, drop a comment below! I will have a full outfit post up soon~

Way later edit:

I took a little screenshot since some people weren't sure what to do with the straps. Couldn't tell ya how I forgot to photograph that! Super simple, just straight down the back.

  4. You don't explain what you do with the shpulder straps. It doesn't look like they're tied at the back of the neck from the way it fits the model, so I'm curious what did you do with the straps? And yes, a back view would look nice. And yes, the white text on a white background is very hard to see & it does go too fast. I like the music though.
