A preview of the fall accessories at Neiman Marcus
When I first saw the invite to a Waffle Brunch at the Grant Grill in the US Grant Hotel I was sold (hey, I love waffles...) . As I continued to read through the email I read more exciting news that the Waffle Brunch was to preview the fall trends over at Neiman Marcus!
The preview yesterday definitely has me ready for fall and thinking about what I will be wearing this upcoming season!
A mix of Louboutin, Valentino, & Charlotte Olympia
When fall comes around, Rocker Chic is a guaranteed trend. It's actually one of my favorite parts about fall, being able to wear black on black and mixing in some grey. Leather is a fall staple, and studded leather pieces aren't going anywhere this fall (as you can see in the Burberry jacket above). I really love the jacket in the first photo here. A structured black & grey jacket? Yes please.
While I love black on black for fall, I also love that the jeweled tone colors come out to play. Violet Femmes was another trend that Neiman's focused on, and I can't wait to play with this color this fall! Also noted here are feathers, which will be making the rounds as well. As you can see a little bit of texture can go a long way.
The last trend previewed today was Red: The New Neutral. I can get down with matching suits for the ladies, I think I really need one. Oxblood was the "it" color last fall so I'm ready for red to make it's comeback!
