The first project that I sewed that really shocked people was my leopard jacket. Some couldn't believe me that I made it and accused me of lying. The jacket looked so great on the outside, but the inside was a different story. You could see my fabric markings and my hand stitching was less than acceptable. I couldn't budge on how much I loved it though, it cost me $30 and six hours to make. Something that has always intimidated me in the sewing world is lining, and I think I'm ready to venture out and conquer! Now I just have to wait for my samples to come in the mail...
