Helllllo! I almost forgot to share this recent make here on my blog. Bad blogger alert. I'm super happy to share with you the results of my most recent collaboration with True Bias! In full transparency, True Bias did provide me with the pattern and hired me to provide some content for their channels. But! They didn't pay for this blog post or for any promo on my channels.
You may recall this fabric from the modified McCalls dress I made, and I'm SO glad I had enough to squeeze out this wrap top. Initially, I was going to go with a darker color scheme. This gorgeous fabric is from Blackbird Fabrics.
Anyway, I can highly recommend this pattern. I've sewn up quite a few of their other patterns, and the Calvin Wrap was next on my list. Somethings just work out like that! The little ring and slider detail on the straps is a pretty little detail.
If you make the top version, it's a great way to get through some scrap fabrics. You could even get away with using premade bias tape to really cut down on the required fabric. It's a 10/10 for me!
