Almost didn't share these photos because I've been contemplating remaking this dress. Typically I don't take a look through the books at the fabric store but I really wanted to make something new and on a whim. While browsing I saw this New Look 6488 & thought a mustard linen would be cute. While it is cute, it wrinkles like you wouldn't believe. You are saying, "duh". I guess I've never owned a linen garment. I loved the pattern and plan on sewing it up again, with and without the ruffle portion.
Oh I love your version! Wrinkles and all, it looks effortlessly chic. Now I have to get my hands on this pattern.
